Shipping & Delivery Policy
At EliteXcel Lighting, we recognize that timely, reliable delivery is critical to maintaining your project timelines. Whether you are purchasing standard inventory for rapid dispatch or securing custom-modified LED fixtures for commercial bids, our strategic distribution network ensures your order arrives securely and on schedule.
1. Order Processing & Lead Times
Our logistical infrastructure accommodates both immediate retail fulfillment and scheduled commercial production:
- Standard Stock Items (B2C & Rapid Contractors): Orders for in-stock fixtures placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Custom & Project-Specific Modifications (B2B): Lead times for tailored specifications (including custom voltages, non-standard CCT configurations, or specialized light distributions) are quoted dynamically per project. Our standard direct-factory fulfillment protocol optimizes lead times for custom runs to minimize field delays.
2. Nationwide US Distribution & Methods
To guarantee rapid delivery across North America, EliteXcel utilizes a diversified multi-warehouse network, utilizing major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and specialized regional freight (LTL) for heavy commercial cargo:
| Order Classification | Fulfillment Source | Estimated Delivery Window |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Retail / In-Stock | US Nationwide Network (Incl. Amazon FBA) | 2 – 5 Business Days |
| Bulk Contractor / Tier 1 Orders | Regional US Warehouses | 3 – 7 Business Days |
| Custom Engineering Runs | Factory-Direct Air / Sea Freight | Quoted dynamically at contract execution |
3. Shipping Costs & Thresholds
- Continental United States: We are pleased to offer standard complimentary ground shipping on qualified B2C retail orders and baseline contractor shipments. Special bulk LTL freight shipments may be subject to assessed fees depending on delivery environment requirements (e.g., liftgate needs).
- International Shipping: For shipments outside the continental US, please contact our logistics desk at sales@elitexcel.com for accurate carrier rates, brokerage clearances, and custom tax documentation.
4. Freight (LTL) Requirements for Major Shipments
Large-scale commercial fixtures, volume high-bays, and modular poles are dispatched via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. Contractors must specify at checkout if the receiving project site requires a liftgate, residential delivery routing, or advanced delivery notification. EliteXcel is not responsible for secondary redelivery fees incurred due to unverified site constraints.
5. Shipment Tracking & Transit Delays
Upon carrier dispatch, automated electronic tracking documentation will be transmitted to your registered email address. While EliteXcel partners exclusively with top-tier logistical carriers, we are not liable for standard force majeure events or unforeseen transit carrier strikes. For critical, time-sensitive project cut-offs, please engage our logistics division for dedicated hot-shot or expedited courier configurations.
